Loans worth a total GBP12,650, interest-free and unsecured, were advanced by Dagmara Brandon, the wife of Gerard Brandon, the company’s chief executive, for working capital purposes, The loans were subsequently transferred to a third party in return for shares in DeepVerge on 20 November 2018 at an equivalent price of 6.5p per share. DeepVerge’s independent directors consider that the terms of the loans were fair and reasonable, said a statement.
