Castelnau Group Ltd was admitted to the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange’s main market today following its initial public offering.
The investment company raised gross proceeds of GBP53.1mln, valuing it at just under GBP178mln on admission.
Phoenix Asset Management Partners Ltd is the investment manager to the company, led by its chief executive and chief investment officer Gary Channon.
